breakfast: skinny vanilla latte
lunch: nonfat frozen yogurt, blackberries, chocolate sprinkles, americano
dinner: challah, koogle, sweet potato, cooked veggies, 1/2 piece banana cream pie
snack: banana, diet coke
Today was the first day I have stayed within my Weight Watchers points in a long time. My stomach already feels flatter and I feel better overall. However, I didn’t make the best choices. I shouldn’t have had the banana cream pie, challah, and koogle and I could have skipped the frozen yogurt. Dinner was challenging because I was eating with my friend’s family and my options were limited. I also felt a little pressure to eat the pie because my friend’s sister asked me to have a piece with her. I still need to work my way back to the self-control I used to have but I am glad I didn’t go over my allotted points.
